Return Policy:

1. We offer refunds for pre-ordered items that have not yet been shipped. Once an item has been shipped, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
2. For defective items, we offer exchanges within 90 days of purchase. The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent out.
