Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
- In-stock items usually ship within 3–5 business days.
- Pre-orders/backorders ship in waves, by the date the order was placed.
Do you offer combined shipping?
- Yes, if your orders haven’t been packed yet. Email su*****@*********es.com with all relevant order numbers.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
- If your order hasn’t shipped, email su*****@*********es.com with the new address and your order number.
How do I track my package?
- You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. Import duties, taxes, and fees are paid by the recipient. Carrier and customs delays are outside our control.
My package was returned to sender. What now?
- We can reship once you confirm the correct address and cover the additional postage.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
How do pre-orders work?
- You pay now to reserve your item. We ship in date order when production is ready.
Can I cancel a pre-order or backorder?
- Yes, any time before it ships. Email su*****@*********es.com with your order number.
Why didn’t all my items ship together?
- We ship as items become available. Pre-order/backorder items may ship separately from in-stock items.
Products & Compatibility
Which systems do you support?
- Primarily ColecoVision, Atari 7800, and related classic platforms—plus accessories like reproduction boxes, manuals, and overlays.
PAL vs. NTSC—what should I choose?
- Choose the region that matches your console (North America = NTSC; much of Europe/Australia = PAL). Some titles are region-specific.
Can I change PAL/NTSC after ordering?
- If your order hasn’t shipped, yes—email su*****@*********es.com with the new preference and your order number.
Will cartridges work on clone or modified systems?
- Results may vary. We design for original hardware; compatibility with clone/flash/modified consoles isn’t guaranteed.
Do you sell replacement shells, manuals, and repro boxes?
- Yes—availability varies by title and wave.

What is the Club and how do exclusives work?
- Certain titles or editions may be exclusive to Club members only. Details are announced via newsletter and product pages.
Digital Items (ROMs)
Do you sell digital ROMs?
- At the moment we do not sell any ROMs of any game.
