Jagur 5

Deep in Southeast Asia’s Golden Triangle, where the borders of Laos, Burma and Thailand meet, a ruthless drug cartel rules the jungle. One commando is sent in to bring it down… but he can’t do it alone.

You are Jef. Your mission starts the moment your boat docks at the harbor town: track down the four comrades who will fight at your side. Ask around the bars, shops and back streets, and pay, trade or talk your way into recruiting Anne, Guadic, Ukon and Roger. Each has their own skills and weapons. Together, you are Jagur 5.

Then head into the jungle. Rent a jeep, follow rumors of ancient stone statues and secret entrances hidden by waterfalls, and fight your way from village to village toward the temples and hideouts where the cartel’s deadliest fighters wait.

• Five heroes, one team: recruit your squad, choose your leader and formation, and send the right commando into every boss fight.
• A big world to explore: ten areas of jungle, rivers, villages, ruins and temples, plus towns full of shops, bars and characters.
• Gear up: buy weapons and supplies at the junk shops, and keep your team alive on the long road ahead.
• A brand-new English translation, made directly from the original Japanese.
• Your mission, saved on the cartridge: save up to three games on the Super Game Cartridge, in town or anywhere you go with your backpack radio.
