Opcode's Warranty
Opcode warrants to the original purchaser of this cartridge that it will be free of defects in material or workmanship for ninety days from the date of purchase under normal use.
If your cartridge fails to operate properly DURING THE FIRST NINETY DAYS AFTER ITS PURCHASE, please contact Opcode’s support via email with a brief description of the problem.
If your cartridge is found to be defective up to ninety days after its purchase, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If the cartridge is found to have been abused or damaged by its owner it will not be covered by the warranty and you will be informed in advance of the cost to repair or replace it.
Opcode’s sole and exclusive liability for defects in material and workmanship shall be limited to repair or replacement at Opcode Games headquarters, and Opcode shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages. This warranty does not obligate Opcode to bear the cost of transportation charges in connection with the repair or replacement of defective parts.
This warranty is invalid if the damage or defect is caused by accident, act of God, consumer abuse, unauthorized alteration or repair, vandalism, or misuse.
This warranty is made in lieu of any other express warranty, and except for the foregoing warranty which is exclusive, there is no other express warranty being made.
Cancellations (Before Shipment)
- You may cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund.

No Returns After Shipment
- Once your order has shipped, all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, or minor cosmetic variations.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items (on Arrival)
If something arrives damaged/defective—or an item is missing—please contact us and we’ll make it right.
- Report within 7 days of delivery: email su*****@*********es.com with your order #, a brief description, and clear photos of the shipping box and the item.
- If confirmed, we will replace the affected item (or refund if a replacement is unavailable).
- Keep all packaging until we resolve your claim; carriers may require inspection.
Pre-Orders & Backorders

You can cancel any time before the shipping notice is sent and receive a full refund.

After a pre-order/backorder ships, the No Returns After Shipment policy applies.
Packaging & Minor Variations

Small variations in printing, color, or packaging may occur and are not considered defects.

Collector packaging is intended for display and reasonable shelf wear from transit is possible despite careful packing.
Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly.

If a package is returned as undeliverable, we can reship it once you confirm the correct address and cover the additional postage.
International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.

Transit delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.

Approved refunds (for qualifying cancellations before shipment or confirmed damaged/defective items with no replacement available) are issued to your original method of payment.
